How does InSearch Worldwide Corporation price engagements?

Every engagement is priced on it's own merits. From individual "C" level searches to multi-year "On-Site" engagements, every one is different. InSearch Worldwide Corporation understands the value of a long-term partnership, and, as such, we take into consideration such things as scope of work, length of commitment, complexity and the business needs of the client. Our goal is to establish a lasting relationship that is mutually beneficial. If the financial needs of the client and InSearch Worldwide Corporation are met, we begin a relationship in a "win win" situation. From our point of view, not a bad place to start.

Does InSearch Worldwide Corporation perform individual searches?

Yes, InSearch Worldwide Corporation is a fully functional search firm and a significant portion of our business is derived from completing individual search assignments at all levels.

What is the minimum salary level which InSearch Worldwide Corporation will consider working on?

Individual searches tend to range from $100K to $1M. Larger engagements under our "On-Site" or "SWAT" models are based on client demand. If an "On-Site" client requests work on lower level positions, we can, and have, completed work at every level. In the "On-Site" model we effectively have no lower limit.

Who from InSearch Worldwide Corporation will work on my assignment?

Simple. We assign staff members who are the most qualified to insure success. We have a 98% completion rate and are proud of our performance. We take delivery seriously. Therefore, we bring together the best possible InSearch Worldwide Corporation team to make certain that each assignment is completed as promised. We use only InSearch Worldwide Corporation employees to manage every assignment, and in the "On-Site" model, only InSearch Worldwide Corporation employees are assigned to the client site.

What happens if we start an "On-Site" engagement with InSearch Worldwide Corporation and it does not work out?

It has never happened yet. Our first "On-Site" client started with us over 10 years ago and we still maintain a strong relationship. If, however, for some unforeseen reason the client wishes to end an "On-Site" arrangement with InSearch Worldwide Corporation, we do negotiate an "out clause" as part of the initial agreement. The terms of this clause are dependent on many factors including length of original commitment, size of project and the investment made by InSearch Worldwide Corporation. As with all agreements, we look for the "win-win". Fairness to both parties is paramount

Should We Consider Outsourcing Recruiting?

The rationales and/or key questions organizations should consider are:

  1. Would other companies hire us to do this activity (is recruiting one of our core competencies)?
  2. If we were starting from scratch, would we do it ourselves (would we tie up start-up capital in this fixed expense)?
  3. Will the leaders of our company come from our recruiting staff (do the people in this function possess the core skills or will they develop the core skills necessary to run the company)?
  4. Is the volume of hiring always constant?

If you answered "no" to any of the above, then you should consider outsourcing.

Why would a company not outsource?

One current theory is that there is an abundance of candidates on the market, and it will be easy to fill hiring requirements. While it is true that the market is flooded with people looking for work, who has the desire or time to sift through piles of resumes or conduct dozens of interviews? Those companies that have tried, realized that it takes more time than they thought. They have had to interview more candidates than they hoped, and everyone involved is falling behind on their other key responsibilities. Most importantly, they are filling jobs but are unsure if they are filling them with the best talent possible

It takes courage to outsource. It takes vision. It takes thinking in an entrepreneurial way.
